Cindylea Kloppers

Cindylea Kloppers has a diverse range of work experience within the Clicks Group. Cindylea started their career with the company as a Distributions Clerk in 2005 and later worked as a Replenishment Assistant and Replenishment Planner. In these roles, they focused on placing orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing inventory availability.

From 2011 onwards, Cindylea held several positions as a Merchandise Planner and Planning Portfolio Manager. Cindylea was responsible for developing sales, gross profit, and inventory plans to meet financial targets. Cindylea also provided insights and support to the category teams, helping them effectively plan and manage their respective categories.

In 2021, Cindylea became the Demand Planning Manager, overseeing demand planning activities. Cindylea recently transitioned to the role of Head of Demand Planning and Demand Portfolio Manager in February 2022.

Cindylea Kloppers completed their Matric at Rhodes High School from 1997 to 2001, focusing on subjects such as Maths, Metalwork, Business Economics, and Computyping. Cindylea then pursued a National Diploma in Clothing Business Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 2002 to 2004.
