Tamara Ryf

Tamara Ryf is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the recruitment and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Regional General Manager for Clicks IT Recruitment, Tamara oversees the strategy and growth of the largest region, Victoria and ACT, while also focusing on major account development. Previously, Tamara held the position of Business Manager for the Public Sector, leading the team to become the largest Master Vendor for the Victorian Government and served as a Senior Account Manager in Banking and Finance. Tamara's leadership extended to INDEX Consultants, where responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer included strategy and growth in consulting services. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager for Experis in Zurich, specializing in financial services. Tamara's educational background includes executive training at Melbourne Business School and advanced certifications from Cambridge University and The George Washington University, complemented by a diploma from Alte Kantonsschule Aarau in Switzerland.
