Lívia Gandara Prado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lívia began their career as a Quality Trainee at Gas Natural Fenosa in 2004. Lívia then joined the company as a Commercial/Technical Expert, where they conducted market analysis and prepared strategic plans. Lívia later became a Quality Expert, responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2000.

In 2008, Lívia joined MOVER as a Corporate Trainee, participating in recruitment processes and developing a corporate project in finance. Lívia was later promoted to Senior Management Development Analyst, where they applied management and quality methodologies, audited cement plants, and worked on the Balanced Scorecard initiatives.

Lívia's career then took their to InterCement, where they held various roles. As a Corporate Innovation Coordinator, they developed and monitored methodologies for managing innovation and led culture change efforts. Lívia was later promoted to Innovation Manager, responsible for managing a project portfolio. Lastly, they served as Corporate Innovation Manager, overseeing innovation project implementation and managing venture investments.

Lívia also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working at Libbs Farmacêutica as the Head of Innovation. Lívia'sresponsibilities included leading innovation projects and collaborating on business plans.

In 2019, Lívia joined Goomer as Head of Customer Success, where they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. Lívia then became the Head of Business & Operations, responsible for the company's business strategies. Lívia was ultimately appointed Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing revenue generation.

Most recently, in 2022, Lívia started working at Clicksign as the Head of Marketing, where they lead the marketing initiatives for the company.

Lívia Gandara Prado's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Centro Universitário Facens, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering in 2006. Later in 2009, they attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and pursued a CBA in Business Administration, which they completed in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Lívia has also earned several certifications. In April 2016, they became an Associate of the Global Innovation Management Institute. In November 2019, they obtained a CSPO certification from the Scrum Alliance. In April 2021, Lívia completed a course in Leadership and People Management from Escola Conquer. In November 2021, they participated in the Growth Program offered by StartSe University. Recently, in June 2022, Lívia received a Chiefs.Group Community of Chiefs Certificate and completed the Growth Strategy Deep Dive course from Growth Academy.
