Livia Torres

Livia Torres is a legal expert with extensive experience in privacy and data protection. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer and Data Protection Officer in the DPO Office at Clicksign since March 2022, Livia has held various positions within the organization, focusing on personal data protection. Prior experience includes coordinating the Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights area at Fundação Getulio Vargas, where Livia developed Privacy by Design solutions and conducted risk analyses. Additional roles involved consulting on data protection compliance with LGPD and legal advocacy related to telecommunications and digital rights at the Instituto Brasileiro de Defesa do Consumidor. Livia began the legal career in various roles including providing legal assistance to low-income populations and interning at the São Paulo Municipal Prosecutor's Office and the São Paulo Court of Justice. Livia holds a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Digital Rights from the University of São Paulo and completed an academic exchange at the National University of Colombia.
