Basil Reekie

Basil Reekie has extensive work experience in various roles within the insurance and consulting industry. Basil started their career as an Actuarial Assistant at Liberty Life Assurance Co in 1994 and worked there until 1996. From 1997 to 1999, they served as a Director at Ginsburg Malan and Carsons. Basil then joined QED Actuaries and Consultants, an AON group company, where they held the position of Director from 1999 to 2007. In 2008, Basil became the Managing Director at Clientele Limited, where they continue to work currently.

Basil Reekie obtained a BSc Hons in Actuarial from Wits University in the period of 1991 to 1993. Before that, they completed their Matric at Rand Park High School from 1986 to 1990. Prior to high school, they attended IR Griffiths Primary from 1984 to 1985, and Crossgates Primary from 1977 to 1983, each with different academic levels without specified fields of study.
