Kandasamy R has been working in the IT industry since 2010. Kandasamy began their career as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2010. In 2013, they joined Cognizant as a Senior Associate. In 2019, they moved to Wipro Limited as a Lead Java Developer. Currently, they are working as a Lead Java Developer at Client Server Technology Solutions LLC since 2021.

Kandasamy R obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from M.Kumarasamy College of Engineering in Karur between 2005 and 2009. In 2019, they obtained a Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies certification from Microsoft. In 2020, they obtained an Introduction to OpenShift Applications (DO101) certification from Red Hat and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
