Krista Roberts, CCSMP has over 19 years of experience in customer success and account management. Krista began their career in 2002 as a Business Management Intern at MBNA America. In 2003, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, where they provided assistance and facilitated rental reservations and drafted rental contracts. In 2004, Krista moved to Enterprise Fleet Management as a Loss Control Specialist and then a Claims Support/Loss Control Supervisor. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Client Success Manager at BizLibrary, followed by a role as a Customer Success Manager and Director of Customer Success at Omnigo. In 2020, Krista joined IntelliShift - a division of VTS as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager at ClientSuccess and an Honorary Founder Member - The Success Hub at Practical CSM.

Krista Roberts obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1999 and 2003. In December 2020, they were certified as a Certified Customer Success Management Professional (CCSMP) by PracticalCSM.com. In September 2022, they were recognized as a 2022 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist by SuccessHACKER.
