Amber May MBA is an experienced professional with a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various educational institutions. Currently serving as the DEI Manager of Learning and Engagement at Clif Bar & Company since October 2022, Amber also holds two positions at Carroll University, including Adjunct Faculty for Multiculturalism in Behavior Health Psychology and Associate Dean of Institutional Inclusion. Previously, Amber was the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Marquette University, where responsibilities included coordinating training on diversity issues and promoting a culture of inclusion within the School of Dentistry. Early career roles included serving as a Student Services Specialist at Temple University, providing counseling to underrepresented minority STEM students, and as a Residence Hall Director at Anderson University, overseeing first-year resident students. Amber holds an MBA and a BA in Social Work, both from Anderson University.
