Catharina Balbi

Catharina Balbi is a Spa Supervisor at Cliff House Maine since September 2022, responsible for coordinating Spa services and enhancing guest experiences as part of the leadership team. Previously, Catharina completed a J1 hospitality traineeship in the Rooms Division at a Forbes-rated resort in Cape Neddick, Maine. Additional experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Porto Di Vino and holding various front office positions at Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro and Brisa Barra Hotel, where duties involved customer service and operational management. An internship at Belmond Copacabana Palace provided initial exposure to Spa operations. Catharina holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense and completed a Flight Attendant course at STS Escola de Aviação Civil.
