Previous experience includes Assistant General Manager at Philippe Chow, where innovative promotional strategies enhanced customer engagement, and Director of Business Operations at Biomove Prosthetics Center, responsible for coordinating comprehensive rehabilitation services. Zervas has also served as Chief Operating Officer for both Haagen-Dazs and Wendy's in Greece, navigating significant corporate transitions during economic challenges.
