Boudewijn Vermeer

Boudewijn Vermeer is a Partner in the Global Financial Markets division at Clifford Chance, having held various positions within the firm since November 2007, including Counsel and Associate in the Financial Markets Group. Vermeer also served as a Board Member for the Dutch Association of Corporate Treasurers from March 2019 to April 2022 and worked as a Legal Counsel at ING Bank N.V. in early 2011. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in Dutch Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and multiple LL.M degrees in Law and Economics from Ghent University, the University of Hamburg, and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, with studies ongoing since 2007.
