Caroline Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit, risk management, and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Chair of Audit & Risk at IP Group plc and Ceres Power Holdings plc, as well as Independent Director at Crown Agents Bank and Luceco plc, Caroline has contributed to significant financial services and technology initiatives. Additionally, Caroline holds a position as External Non-executive Member of the Partnership Council at Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm.
