Charlotte Spierings

Charlotte Spierings is currently a Counsel in Litigation & Dispute Resolution at Clifford Chance, a position held since November 2015, with previous experience in Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency. Concurrently, Charlotte serves as a Research Fellow at Onderzoekcentrum Onderneming & Recht and has held roles as a Jr. Board Member at Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam and Guest Lecturer at Utrecht University. Prior academic involvement includes serving as a PhD Candidate and Lecturer at Radboud University Nijmegen, along with a visiting research stint at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Charlotte holds a Ph.D. in Law from Radboud University, an MSt in Legal Research from the University of Oxford, and an LLM from Radboud University, along with an LLB from Utrecht University.
