Marilena Mademtzi, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Programmatic Operations at Clifford Beers Community Care Center, where Marilena manages operational processes for a diverse team of over 200 staff, supervises the Quality Research and Analytics department, and drives staff productivity through data-driven insights. With a strong background in program management and behavior analysis, Marilena has previously held roles including Program Manager and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, leading teams to improve client outcomes significantly. Marilena's extensive consultancy experience includes work with the LEGO Group and Yale University School of Medicine, along with a strong research background focusing on technology applications for autism in academic settings.
