Julie Kimble (Lyons), MBA, is currently a Senior Human Resource/Labor Relations Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs, where they specialize in full-cycle hiring and performance management. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Findlay, Julie has successfully negotiated the local UAW HBU contract and managed over 400 employees' procedural standards. Julie’s extensive experience includes a background in sports marketing and organizational development, having worked with various organizations such as First Solar and the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
