Rob Miller

Rob Miller is an experienced operations management professional with a diverse background in the steel and automotive industries. Currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs since September 2022, Rob has previously held the position of Process Coach at Ford Motor Company from October 2018 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Supervisor at H. Kramer & Co., where Rob led a team of 20 in ingot production, and a decade-long tenure at United States Steel Corporation, where Rob worked as a Ladle Crane Operator and Vice Foreman in the Coke Plant, overseeing teams and processes critical to steel production.
