Ted Niemiec

Ted Niemiec is the Medical Director at Indiana Harbor for Cleveland-Cliffs Inc, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, Niemiec served as Medical Director at ArcelorMittal from 2007 to 2020 and worked as a Consulting Physician in Occupational & Environmental Medicine at Mittal Steel from 1995 to 2007. They also directed education at the Research and Holographic Center from 1987 to 2008 and held a role as a Visiting Professor at Purdue University between 1992 and 1994. Additionally, Niemiec has been a Board Member for Healthcare at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management since 2008. They completed their Doctor of Medicine degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and engaged in postgraduate residency training at The University of Chicago.
