Holger Adam has an extensive background in real estate development and business development. Holger is currently the Head of Real Estate Development at Clifton Homes in Ghana since August 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Country Head Ghana at Rendeavour from February 2016 to August 2017. Holger also worked as a Business Development Manager at Orlean Invest Africa Ltd. from January 2015 to January 2016, where they were responsible for marketing and development of real estate projects. Holger's experience also includes being a Property Development Manager at Prodeco International Ltd. and Project Manager Real Estate Development at Aurelis Real Estate. Holger has a strong background in concept development, design coordination, and stakeholder participation for various real estate projects. Holger has a focus on integrating sustainability into premium residential development.

Holger attended the International Real Estate Business School IRE|BS in Regensburg, Germany from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate Economics. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2001, they studied at the Technical University Hamburg in Germany and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Urban Design / Urban Planning.
In addition to their formal education, Holger also pursued other certifications. In 1996 and 1997, they attended the Technical University Delft in the Netherlands for Urban Design. Holger obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Architecture from the Technical University Munich in Germany in the period from 1991 to 1994.
Furthermore, Holger Adam holds several certifications. Holger became a member of the Ghana Institute of Architects in November 2020 and a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners in October 2019. Holger is also an Accredited Professional for Urban Neighborhoods, certified by the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council in September 2011. Lastly, they are a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor, certified by the Royal Academy of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in June 2011.
