Deborah Hanley

Deborah Hanley, PhD, is an experienced professional in the fields of emergency medical services and atmospheric science. Currently serving as a Documentation Specialist at Healthy Alliance since July 2023, Deborah has extensive experience as an Emergency Medical Technician with CLIFTON PARK HALFMOON EMERGENCY CORP. and Wilton EMS. Prior to these roles, Deborah worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals from July 2013 to May 2023 as an External Manufacturing Specialist, overseeing compliance and coordination of external manufacturing projects. Additional experience includes project management at AWS Truepower, LLC, and training management in emergency preparedness with the Florida Division of Emergency Management. Deborah holds a PhD in Atmospheric Science from the University at Albany and multiple degrees in related fields from Dalhousie University, along with a Paramedic Certificate from Hudson Valley Community College.
