Vic Viral Shingadia began their career in 2006 as a Guest Services Specialist at Specialty Restaurants. Three years later, in 2009, they joined TCeS as a Guest Service Professional for Jet Airways Pvt Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Indtex Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead for Global Flight Sales & Services. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ClifyX as a Manager for Business Development, Inside Sales & Client Services.

Vic Viral Shingadia completed their Junior college in 2005 at Gurukul Educational Institutions Gurukul College of Commerce Tilak Road Gurukul Lane Ghatkopar East Mumbai 400 077, earning a First Class degree in Business/Commerce, General. Vic Viral then attended the University of Mumbai, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2008. In 2009, they completed a Diploma & IATA Certified - Canada (Montreal) from IITC - India International Trade Centre, with a focus on IATA/UFTAA Foundation level 1. Prior to this, they attended St. Judes High School - Convent from 1991 to 2003.
