Francis Roy

Francis Roy serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Groupe Clim since December 2023, having previously held similar roles at Boardriders from August 2018 to September 2023 and Quiksilver from May 2015 to August 2018. Francis's extensive experience in finance also includes a position as Senior Manager in Corporate Finance and M&A at Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance from January 2009 to April 2015, and Finance Manager at Ennismore Fund Management in London from 2007 to 2008. Early in their career, Francis Roy was a Senior Accountant in the Financial Institution Group at KPMG Audit in Sydney from 2004 to 2007. Francis holds a Master's in Finance from Audencia (2000-2004), completed an exchange program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2003, and earned Level I and Level II qualifications from the CFA Institute between 2012 and 2014.
