Haley Hughes

Haley Hughes is currently the Chief of Staff at Climactic VC and a Co-Founder of Ankyra, where they focus on fostering collaboration among early-stage climate tech investors and founders. They have held various roles, including Global Warming Mitigation Fellow and Creative & Marketing Intern at LanzaTech, and have contributed to research initiatives at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Haley earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master's in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Technology from Miami University. Their diverse experience spans sales enablement, research assistance, and marketing in both corporate and agricultural settings.
