Carla Carry

Carla Carry is an advisor at Climastry. Carla was previously the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at PSAV from January 2017 to December 2019. Carla was responsible for PSAV’s global brand strategy, marketing, internal communications, public relations, insights and customer experience. Under their leadership, PSAV was repositioned from a hotel AV company to a global leader in event experiences. Carla also crafted a compelling purpose, mission and brand story and aligned 9,000 team members around the organization’s purpose of “connecting and inspiring people”. Carla is known for their focus on the meeting planner customer and their ability to create a client-direct digital sales channel. Carla also built the marketing function from the ground up, recruiting, hiring and developing a collaborative, high-performing team.
