Kim Coetzee is a seasoned policy analyst with a robust background in climate research and sustainable development. Currently serving at Climate Analytics since February 2020, Kim previously contributed as a Post-doctoral Research Associate at the University of Cape Town and held various roles, including Head of Education and Sustainable Development at Global Vision International. Kim's experience spans several research and consultancy positions focused on international climate policy, sustainable consumption, and low emission development technologies. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Energy & Development from the University of Cape Town, Kim possesses extensive academic and practical knowledge in the field, particularly in analyzing climate-related data and advocating for developing countries within international frameworks.
