Federico Mazza is an experienced professional in climate and environmental finance, currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Climate Arc since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading the development of grants and partnerships to align global capital flows with Net Zero goals. Previously, Federico held the role of Director at Green Shift Solutions Ltd. from August 2021 to September 2023, providing consulting and strategic advice. As Programme Manager at the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance from September 2021 to January 2023, Federico focused on innovative finance and insurance solutions for climate-vulnerable communities. From May 2012 to August 2021, Federico worked at the Climate Policy Initiative, progressing from Climate Finance Analyst to Manager, overseeing project design and international team management. Federico holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
