Marina Strovolidou

Marina Strovolidou is the current head of certification at Climate Bonds Initiative. Prior to this, they were the head of reporting and insurance at AstroBank from March 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they were the chief financial officer at Piraeus Bank (Cyprus) Ltd from February 2008 to January 2019, and before that they were the CFO and HR manager at Universal Life Public Company Limited from December 1995 to January 2008. Her previous experience also includes working as an officer at the Central Bank of Cyprus from September 1992 to December 1995, and as a manager at KPMG London from September 1986 to August 1992.

Ms. Strovolidou has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Imperial College London. Marina is also certified by the CFA UK in Climate and Investing and by the ICAEW in Business and Finance Professional.
