Ruth Gregg is an experienced professional in climate change and environmental sciences, currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Agriculture and Land Use at the Climate Change Committee since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ruth held various positions at Natural England from September 2009 to October 2021, including Senior Specialist in Climate Change Mitigation and Lead Adviser for Landscape Scale Delivery in Northern England. Ruth's earlier experience includes a position as a Policy Adviser at WWF-New Zealand from August 2002 to August 2003. Academic qualifications encompass a PhD and an MS in Biogeochemistry/Ecology and Ecology and the Environment from Lancaster University, as well as a BS in Environmental Resource Science from The University of Salford.
