Angelica Dietzel currently serves as COO at Waldo., a search partner for growing startup teams in SaaS, DTC, and AI, while also being the founder of Recharge, where teams focus on driving climate innovation. As creator of The Climate Scout, Angelica connects climate founders with investors and talent. Additional roles include Climate VC Scout at Enduring Planet, Talent Advisor at Axion Ray, and Fractional Head of Product Operations at Talentway. Previously, Angelica worked as Chief of Staff at Seren Labs, where the focus was on emerging climatetech companies, and held positions at Remote Climate Jobs and Clarasight. Educational pursuits include studying Climate Change Leadership at Cornell University and VC University at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
