Lindsey Marsh

Lindsey Marsh has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at both Climate Control Company and R&H ESOP since September 2008. Responsibilities at Climate Control Company include payroll processing, employee benefits administration, vacation time management, maintaining employee records, recruiting new employees, overseeing the safety program, and handling accounts receivable and payable. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as an Account Coordinator at ALE Solutions from June 2003 to August 2008, focusing on billing and collections while managing the accounts of displaced homeowners and liaising with insurance adjusters. Lindsey Marsh holds a general studies degree from St. Charles East High School and attended Elgin Community College from 2002 to 2008.
