Chary Gonzalez has been working in the banking industry since 2015. Chary started their career at Seacoast Bank as a Banking Center Manager, where they worked for six years. In 2021, they joined Climate First Bank as a VP Branch Manager.

Chary Gonzalez holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Florida Southern College.
