Frank Sypniewski

Frank Sypniewski has worked in the banking and mortgage industry for over two decades. Frank began their career in 1999 as Manager at Prime Home Mortgage, Inc. In 2010, they moved to Mainstreet Community Bank of Florida as Mortgage Division Manager. In 2021, they joined Cogent Bank as SVP, Director of Residential Lending Operations. Most recently, they assumed the same role at Climate First Bank in 2023.

Frank Sypniewski attended Campbell University from 1980 to 1984.
