James Oliver

James Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James is currently working as a Commercial Director at Climate Impact X since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Institutional Sales at Edgewater Markets from November 2020 to August 2022. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at EBS as a Precious Metals Specialist & FX Liquidity Manager. James also has experience working at CME Group as the Senior Director of Client Development & Sales: Banks from June 2012 to January 2015, Director of Client Development & Sales - Commercial Clients from April 2011 to June 2012, and Director of Metals from October 2008 to April 2011. Before CME Group, they were a Marketing Manager at the New York Mercantile Exchange from October 2004 to August 2008. James'searlier experience includes working as part of the RFP & Stats Team at BlackRock from December 2000 to October 2004 and as a Marketing & Research Analyst at the London Metal Exchange from March 1997 to December 2000.

James Oliver attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a 2.2 degree in Business Studies.
