Laura Koskinen

Laura Koskinen currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at OGCI Climate Investments (CI) since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People at Round Hill Capital from August 2018 to January 2023. Laura also served as a Senior HR Business Consultant EMEA at Invesco Ltd. from January 2017 to August 2018. Before that, Laura held the position of Human Capital Director at PwC Papua New Guinea from July 2013 to July 2016. Laura has also worked at HSBC, where they served as the Head of HR for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Continental Europe from May 2012 to July 2013, as well as the Head of HR for HSBC Insurance EMEA from October 2010 to April 2012. Laura's earlier work experience includes roles such as HR Generalist at HSBC from July 2008 to September 2010, HR Business Partner at British Petroleum from April 2005 to December 2007, and HR Officer at Firmenich from 2000 to 2004.

Laura Koskinen completed their education with the following degrees: a Graduate CIPD from CIPD in 1995-1996, an MA in HR from Newcastle University in 1995-1996, and a degree in Business Studies with a major in Marketing from the University of Tampere from 1992-1995.
