Alberto F. Minguela

Alberto F. Minguela has extensive experience in innovation and community engagement within the sustainability sector. Currently serving as a Community Fundraising Orchestrator at Climate-KIC since January 2022, Alberto previously held the role of Innovation Consultant R&D - International at ZABALA Innovation Spain from July 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, as Manager of Research & Innovation and Senior Project Manager at HSSMI from 2016 to June 2021, Alberto managed innovation initiatives aligned with client and company strategies, providing insights on funding and policy trends. Alberto co-founded Adaptavate, where from 2014 to 2016, the focus was on translating academic innovations into market solutions for the construction industry, emphasizing circular approaches to building materials. Alberto holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Centre for Alternative Technology and a degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with studies in architecture at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki.
