Claire Oblinger currently serves as the NetZeroCities Project Officer for the Pilot Cities Programme at Climate-KIC, where responsibilities include supporting project management activities related to financial, administrative, and operational tasks. Previously, Claire held various roles, including Funding & Project Development Intern at Energy Cities, where efforts focused on establishing ethical guidelines for non-EU funding, and Paralegal at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, managing delinquent account collections. Other internships involved drafting litigation documents at Break the Cycle, providing account management support at GMMB, and managing social media communications at the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights. Claire's early experience includes research and proposal writing for organizations such as the Indigenous Educational Foundation of Tanzania and Panagora Group. Claire holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on environmental sustainability from American University.
