Climate-KIC
Karolina Iwa is a seasoned professional in facilitation and training with extensive experience in promoting systemic change and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Facilitator at Climate-KIC since October 2022, Iwa focuses on bridging climate commitments and reality through collaborative learning in the Systems Innovation Learning Partnership. As the Head Wizard and Co-Founder of Leadership Festival since September 2016, Iwa fosters a trans-disciplinary gathering of social innovators aimed at impact-oriented leadership. Additional roles include Facilitator, Trainer, and Consultant at track2, Large Group Facilitator with the World Open Space Community, and Senior Facilitator at Progressive Partners. Previous contributions include founding the Adult Education Association and serving as an Intercultural Trainer and Mediator. Iwa holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and has a robust foundation in intercultural education and psychology.
