Lea Hanzelová is a seasoned people business partner with extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at EIT Climate-KIC since October 2022, Hanzelová previously held senior roles at Bitpanda and NTT Disruption, focusing on innovative solutions and people management strategies. A strong foundation was established at Amadeus IT Group in global people and culture initiatives, while earlier roles at Diageo and Eni International Resources Ltd provided valuable experience in HR coordination and talent management. Hanzelová holds an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master's in International Management from CEMS, and a BA in European Studies with Law from the University of Essex, complemented by a year abroad at Universidad de Granada.

EIT Climate-KIC is the EU’s climate innovation initiative, working to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon and resilient world by enabling systems transformation. Headquartered in Amsterdam, it operates from 13 hubs across Europe and is active in 39 countries.
