Silvia Doglioni is a professional with extensive experience in capacity building and learning within the environmental sector. Currently serving as Capacity Building & Learning Lead and Programme Manager at Climate-KIC since April 2019, Silvia also held the position of Education Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Junior Programme Manager at Climate-KIC Italy from April 2018 to March 2019, and tutoring part-time students at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from May 2016 to June 2017. Silvia's academic background includes a Master of Science in Global Environmental Change and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, along with participation in the Erasmus Programme at Université de Toulon.
