Currently serving as the Director of Learning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact at Climate-KIC, Solla has refined capabilities in orchestrating learning services and leading educational initiatives across the Nordic region. A diverse consulting practice has included strategic sustainability consulting, project leadership, and business coaching since 2009, complemented by roles such as Operations Manager at The HUB and Lead Project Manager for the Art of Hosting Network. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Solla brings a wealth of expertise in process design, event management, and curriculum development.
