Erin Roberts

Founder and Convener at Climate Leadership Initiative

Erin Roberts is a highly experienced professional in climate change and development, currently serving as a Member at Climate Vine and as the Founder and Curator of The Lionesses, a platform dedicated to fostering global change through diverse conversations. As the Founder and Convener of the Climate Leadership Initiative since 2017, Erin has empowered young climate negotiators from vulnerable countries and focused on Loss and Damage initiatives. Erin’s extensive background includes roles such as Visiting Researcher at ICCCAD, Founder and Global Lead at The Loss and Damage Collaboration, and Advisor to the African Group of Negotiators for the UNFCCC. Erin holds a PhD from King's College London, a Master's from LSE, and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Biology from The University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria, respectively.
