Kaiya Sieber

Kaiya Sieber is a seasoned graphic design professional with extensive experience in both management and creative roles. Currently serving as Senior Graphic Designer Manager at Climate Pledge Arena since January 2022, Kaiya oversees multiple project developments, collaborating with clients and internal departments to ensure projects meet critical deadlines and budgetary constraints. Previous experience includes positions as a Graphic Designer at L+L Companies from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting art for print accuracy and leading project status meetings. Additional experience includes roles at MJE Marketing Services, National University, Carling Communications, and the San Diego Air & Space Museum, demonstrating a strong ability in project management, design execution, and effective communication with various stakeholders. Kaiya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of California - San Diego.
