Lauren Todd

Lauren Todd is the Senior Manager of Guest Experience at Climate Pledge Arena, responsible for overseeing a team of three, managing training and development, and implementing employee engagement strategies. Lauren has played a pivotal role in the opening of Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken's inaugural season, leading guest experience initiatives and developing guest services policies. Previous experience includes serving as Guest Experience Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers, managing a team of 300, and handling various logistics for multiple events. Lauren's early career involved roles in sales and marketing, event planning, and social media management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Oregon.
