Emma Forster

Emma Forster is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations leadership across various industries. Currently serving as COO at Climate Policy Radar since June 2025 and a member of the Boardroom since September 2024, Emma previously held high-level positions such as COO and Vice President of Operations at Oxford Ionics until June 2025, and was a Founding Member at Chief from November 2022 to March 2024. Emma's earlier roles include Head of Global Operations and Chief of Staff at Kheiron Medical, and Director of Operations at iguacu, where leadership in operational excellence and strategic development was paramount. Emma also spent eight years as Executive Director at Mimbre Acrobats, overseeing all operational responsibilities and financial management, alongside consulting roles at Causr and Time Won't Wait. Emma holds a Master's Degree in Arts Administration from Goldsmiths, University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Reading.
