Allen Easterling

Allen Easterling is currently the Advancement Operations Senior Associate at The Climate Reality Project, a position held since July 2021, after previously serving as Advancement Operations Associate. Prior experience includes roles as Editorial Director and Digital Editor at Basecamp Strategy from June 2019 to May 2021, and as a Student Assistant at the LGBTQ Resource Center from August 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included operations support and outreach. Additional experience encompasses a Development Internship at NARAL Pro-Choice America, an Executive Assistant Internship at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC, and a District Office Internship with Congressman John Sarbanes. Allen Easterling holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on Regional and Comparative Studies, specifically in the Middle East, from Georgetown University, completed in 2019.
