Daniel Mulqueen

Chief Scientist at Climate Robotics

Daniel Mulqueen has extensive work experience in the field of climate research and development, with a focus on biomass carbonization and pyrolysis engineering. Daniel is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Climate Robotics, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Carbon Research and Development from July 2018 to February 2022, where they held the role of Chief Scientist and Engineer. Daniel also worked concurrently as the Chief Scientist and Engineer at Carbon Research and Development from June 2018 to February 2022. Before their time at Carbon Research and Development, Daniel was the Lead R&D Engineer at EnviraChar from May 2011 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for designing biomass carbonization equipment, overseeing IP writing and filings, and conducting various analyses of carbonized materials. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Senior Research Scientist at EnviraCarbon, INC. from April 2011 to June 2018. Daniel began their career as a Pyrolysis Engineer at Biochar Engineering Corporation from August 2007 to March 2011.

Daniel Mulqueen is currently enrolled at Old Dominion University, where they are studying Mechanical Engineering. Prior to attending Old Dominion University, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines. In 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer.
