Jonathan Frankle

Jonathan Frankle has a diverse work experience in the field of computer science. Jonathan is currently serving as the Chief Scientist - Neural Networks at Databricks, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Scientist at MosaicML since 2021. Jonathan has also held various roles at prestigious organizations such as Princeton University, where they were a member of the Computer Science Department Advisory Council from 2018 to 2022. Jonathan has also been involved as a student researcher and research intern at Facebook's FAIR (Facebook Artificial Intelligence Research) and Google Brain, respectively. Additionally, Jonathan has served as an Invited Expert for the OECD Network of Experts on AI and the Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence at OECD - OCDE. Jonathan has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center and was a teaching assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jonathan Frankle holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jonathan also obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
