Liana Mehring

France Country Manager at Climate Scorecard

Liana Mehring is a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State since April 2024 and concurrently serves as the Country Manager for France at Climate Scorecard since February 2022. Previously, Liana held the position of Resource Mobilisation and Grants Management Officer at the World Organisation for Animal Health from May 2022 to May 2024. Additional experience includes an internship at Sustainable Development Solutions Network in 2019, a consultancy role at IBM from June 2014 to August 2018, and work with The Atlantic Council, Mazars, Slate Magazine, and the World Science Festival. Liana holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as Culture and Politics, from Georgetown University.
