Ben Welch

With a background in HVAC systems, Ben Welch has held various positions in the industry, starting as a Chiller Technician at Trane. Ben then moved on to Johnson Controls as a Chiller Technical Team Lead before transitioning to AirTight FaciliTech / 24x7 Service as a Service Manager and eventually an Operations Manager. Currently, Ben is the Service Operations Manager at Climate Systems LLC.
