Constantine Tsounis is an accomplished professional in the field of sustainable energy and investment, currently serving as an Investment Associate at Climate Tech Partners since July 2025, focusing on accelerating decarbonisation through scalable technology solutions. Previously, Constantine held the role of Senior Investment Analyst at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency from October 2023 to July 2025, overseeing renewable energy transactions. As a co-founder of switcH2, from November 2019 to July 2023, efforts were directed towards building and scaling electrolyser systems for clean hydrogen production. Academic contributions include a Research Fellowship at ETH Zürich, focusing on electrocatalysts for water splitting, as well as participation on the UNSW Council. Early research experience includes work at CSIRO on sustainable energy conversion and an internship at the Tokyo Institute of Technology developing photocatalysts. Constantine Tsounis holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UNSW.
