Jamesine Rogers Gibson

Jamesine Rogers Gibson is an experienced climate professional currently serving as a Mentor for the Dream Climate Tech Launchpad 2024 at Village Capital and as a Founding Member of Climate Vine's inaugural cohort. Since April 2022, Gibson has been a Senior Advanced Projects Advisor for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, leading a multi-year regional climate action planning effort under the Inflation Reduction Act. Additionally, Gibson has held mentorship and advisory roles at MIT designX and On Deck. Previous positions include Senior Climate Analyst/Consultant for Alameda County, Senior Climate Analyst for the Union of Concerned Scientists, Strategy Consultant for the Pisces Foundation, Senior Associate and Project Manager for Next Generation, and Legislative Fellow for then-Senator John Kerry. Gibson holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University.
